Instagram used to plan attacks, Saudi handler involved

Authorities found that alleged terror suspects Siraj and Sameer were taking instructions from a terror handler in Saudi Arabia via Instagram. The duo reportedly learned bomb-making online and followed digital instructions to carry out the planned attacks in India. Investigators are now working to identify the foreign-based handler.
