Insurer denies rainwater damage claim for luxury car, owner wins ₹2.02 lakh in court

A Chhattisgarh court ordered an insurance company to pay a luxury car owner ₹2.02 lakh compensation after he filed a claim for rainwater damage. The insurer had rejected the claim, saying its policy didn't cover rainwater damage. But in court, insurer produced six policy pages, compared with owner’s four. Court said the cited exclusions were never provided to the owner.
