Insurtech firm Turtlemint IPO opens June 19, to raise ₹883 crore

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions will open its IPO on June 19 at ₹144-152 per share. At the upper end, it plans to raise up to ₹883 crore at a ₹4,513 crore valuation. The IPO includes a fresh issue of ₹661 crore and offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1.46 crore shares worth ₹222 crore by promoters and investors.
