Intel explores sale of networking, edge businesses: Report

Intel has considered divesting its network and edge businesses as the chipmaker looks to cut off parts of the firm its new CEO Lip-Bu Tan does not see as crucial, Reuters reported. Intel has engaged third parties who may be interested in a deal. This is part of CEO Tan’s strategy to focus on data center chips, the report added.
