Intel's deal with SambaNova gets US antitrust clearance
US antitrust authorities have reviewed and cleared Intel's deal with AI startup SambaNova, a regulatory notice showed. Intel invested $35 million (about ₹332 crore) in the startup in February as the firms announced a "strategic collaboration", taking its stake from 6.8% to 8.2%. Intel plans to invest $15 million (₹142.37 crore) in SambaNova, taking its stake to 9%, Reuters reported.
