Intel to fire 235 US employees in 5th round of layoffs this year

Intel plans to lay off around 235 employees at its research and development facility in Folsom, California, Forbes reported citing company spokesperson Addy Burr. This will be the fifth round of job cuts at Intel this year. "Intel is working to accelerate its strategy while reducing costs through multiple initiatives," Burr stated.
