Inter Milan win 4th consecutive Milan derby to top Serie A

Inter Milan on Monday defeated AC Milan 4-2 to move to the top of the Serie A standings. They are now level on 54 points with Juventus but are ahead in standings due to goal difference. Inter came from two goals behind in the second half to win their fourth consecutive Milan derby in Serie A.
