Interference by third person is compensatory: Deepak Somani

According to Deepak Somani, Advocate, if a third person interferes in a marriage that ultimately extinguishes the affection of the spouse, the aggrieved spouse can file a suit seeking compensation for alienation of affection. The Hon'ble Delhi High Court has also admitted such a case based on the concept of 'alienation of affection'.
