Internet access a fundamental right for children: SC

The Supreme Court ruled that internet access is a fundamental right under Article 21 for all, including children, regardless of age. A bench of Justices Pardiwala and Chandran warned that blanket bans risk pushing children to unregulated platforms. The ruling came while examining measures to curb child sexual exploitation material online.
