Ukrainian MP Borislav Bereza on Friday brought a stuffed toy of 'Zhdun', an internet meme in Russia and Ukraine, into Parliament to shame 172 of 322 MP's who did not show up for the session. "Zhdun (which means 'the one who waits') is waiting for MP's to start attending and working. He does not lack time...Unlike Ukraine," Bereza said.
