Internet, mobile phones responsible for rapes: Congress MLA

Rajasthan Congress MLA BD Kalla on Monday said that rapes happen because of the content available on the internet which makes the mentality of a man "perverted". "Everybody from little children to adults have mobile...there should be censorship in the content seen in mobiles," he added. Kalla was commenting on the rape of a 6-year-old in Rajasthan's Tonk.
