American investor Chamath Palihapitiya was corrected by Twitter users after he denied comparing himself with billionaire Warren Buffett. After he praised Buffett for investing in Japanese trading firms, a Twitter user asked, "Didn't you once compare...your track record favourably to his?" Chamath's Social Capital had compared its performance with that of Berkshire Hathaway in 2020, users noted.
