Investors rush for India's first AAA-rated land in Mumbai 3.0: HoABL

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) announced India's first AAA-rated land, citing an operational airport, ₹3 lakh crore in committed investments, Colliers' No. 1 ranking and projected 3.9X appreciation by 2030. At Aero Estate in Khopoli, entry-level villa plots have sold out, with the final 49 plots of 1,600 sq. ft. remaining at ₹99.99 lakh, it said.
