India's three state-run oil marketers — IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL — have jointly tendered to procure 15 crore litres of B100 biodiesel at ₹88/litre for November 2026–January 2027. Supplies will be delivered across 85 locations nationwide and blended with conventional diesel under the government's biodiesel-blending programme. The deadline for bid is November 7, 2026.
