iPhone bug that could disable WiFi due to network's name reported
A security researcher has found that if iPhones or other iOS devices come in the range of a WiFi network named '%secretclub%power', then those devices will have their WiFi disabled permanently. The researcher, Carl Schou, said resetting the network settings is "not guaranteed to restore functionality". Schou earlier found a WiFi hotspot name '%p%s%s%s%s%n' causing problems for iOS devices.
