IPL 2020 to have special umpire for monitoring front foot no-balls: Ganguly

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has said that the IPL 2020 will have a special umpire for monitoring front foot no-balls. He added that the Kolkata Test featured an additional umpire to only monitor no-balls via television and the experiment had been a success. "T20 is a faster game, so the focus will be more on the T20s," Ganguly added.
