IPL 2024: Shai Hope gets run-out at the non-striker’s end

In the IPL match on May 7, DC batter, Shai Hope faced an unfortunate run-out. In the first delivery of the sixth over, Abishek Porel struck the ball straight. While attempting to halt its progress, bowler Sandeep Sharma inadvertently redirected the ball onto the stumps at the non-striker's end. Hope found himself outside the crease when the bails were dislodged.
