IPL 2026 final to be played on same pitch used for GT-RCB league-stage match

GT-RCB IPL 2026 final will be played on pitch number six at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. It's the same surface used for the GT-RCB league-stage match. GT dismissed RCB for 155 runs in that match and chased down the target in 15.5 overs. It's a mixed-soil surface that also hosted IPL 2025 final and T20 World Cup 2026 final.
