Ending weeks of speculation, the BCCI on Wednesday announced IPL-7 would be partly shifted out of India owing to the general elections, with United Arab Emirates holding the initial phase of the tournament, which has been scheduled from April 16 to June 1. Then the cash-rich league will move to Bangladesh. And the final phase will be held in India.
