IPL teams spent 28% of the total purse on 12 marquee players at IPL 2025 mega auction. The teams had ₹641.5 crore to spend at the auction. They spent ₹180.50 crore on 12 marquee players. Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer were the two most expensive players, being bought by LSG and PBKS for ₹27 crore and ₹26.75 crore, respectively.
