IPRS to withdraw insolvency plea against Zee Entertainment

Zee Entertainment on Monday said it has entered into a settlement agreement with the artistes' body Indian Performing Right Society (IPRS) whereby the latter will withdraw its insolvency petition against the company. IPRS had in January filed an insolvency plea against Zee before the National Company Law Tribunal for alleged non-payment of dues of around ₹211 crore.
