IPS Anish Dayal Singh appointed as Director General of CRPF

Centre has appointed 1988-batch IPS officer Anish Dayal Singh as Director General of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) up to December 31, 2024, an official order stated on Thursday. He'll hold the charge till the date of his superannuation, or till further orders. He was given additional charge of CRPF after retirement of incumbent S L Thaosen in November.
