IPS Ilma Afroz's story: Moradabad to Oxford to a UPSC topper

Ilma Afroz, daughter of a farmer from Kundarki (Moradabad), was raised by her mother when her father succumbed to cancer when she was just 14 years old. This setback did not stop her as she got into the University of Oxford on scholarship after studying philosophy at St Stephen's College (DU). She cracked UPSC CSE and became an IPS.
