IPS officer meets flatmate who failed to clear UPSC, says 'no failure is fatal'

IPS officer Archit Chandak shared a post about meeting his old flatmate and close friend Harsh who failed to crack UPSC exam. Harsh gave four attempts and three interviews but wasn't selected. Chandak said Harsh is now happily working at a great role with a handsome package. "No success is final, no failure is fatal," he added.
