IPS officer praises RSS at event in Maha; Congress says 'he forgot his duties'

IPS officer Vishwas Nangre Patil has sparked controversy after a video showed him purportedly addressing a Hindu Sammelan organised by Sakal Hindu Samaj. In the clip, Patil praised the RSS and its founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar. Reacting to the video, Maharashtra Congress posted, "Forgot the oath of Constitution and khaki uniform...they've shown up at the Sangh's doorstep singing praises."
