IPS officer Sanjeev Gandhi gets 7th transfer this year

DIG Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi, a 2012-batch IPS officer, was appointed Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh General Industries Corporation Ltd. on Tuesday — his seventh transfer in 2026. Gandhi, facing two FIRs alleging financial misappropriation during his tenure as SP Shimla, has denied all charges, calling them a witch-hunt.
