IPS officer Simala Prasad to act in 'The Narmada Story', calls it 'Empowering'

IPS officer Simala Prasad, posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (Women's Safety), is set to play lead in 'The Narmada Story', wherein she will play the character of a sub-inspector. The 2011 batch officer cracked the civil services in her first attempt, with an AIR 51 rank. She said that the film is "empowering and gives a strong message".
