IPS officer Manoj Sharma, who inspired the film '12th Fail' starring Vikrant Massey, posted a throwback picture with his wife, IRS officer Shraddha Joshi, on Wednesday. "Today I found a photo taken a few days after our wedding," he wrote while sharing the picture. During their UPSC preparation, Joshi had tutored Sharma.
