Iran charged $0 from ships before war, to now charge $2 million to pass Strait of Hormuz

Iran charged no cost from ships to let them pass the Strait of Hormuz before its war against the US started, but will now charge a fee of $2 million. According to a JP Morgan report, Iran is mulling to charge the amount from about 100-130 vessels daily. Iran mentioned toll fees in proposal it sent to US for ceasefire.
