Iran denies permission to Pak-bound vessel to pass through Strait of Hormuz

Iran has turned back a vessel bound for Karachi, Pakistan. "The container ship SELEN was turned back by...IRGC Navy due to failure to comply with legal protocols and lack of permission to pass through...Hormuz Strait," a statement by the Embassy of Iran in Afghanistan read. This comes at a time when Pakistan has offered to mediate amid Middle East war.
