Iran gave missiles to Russia but no launchers: Report

Iran did not include mobile launchers with ballistic missiles that US last week accused Iran of delivering to Russia for use against Ukraine, Reuters reported quoting three sources. An expert said that one of the reasons could be that by withholding the launchers, Iran is allowing space for new talks with Western powers on easing tensions.
