Iran likely to decode technology of captured US underwater drone

Iran could reverse-engineer the captured US-made uncrewed underwater vehicle, Reuters reported. Access to the vehicle could allow Iran to examine its propulsion, battery systems, hull design, sensors and navigation technology, potentially incorporating lessons into its own underwater drone programmes. The vessel was captured during an operational mission near the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz.
