Iran recruiting kids as young as 12 for war: Human Rights Watch

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is recruiting children as young as 12 to become "homeland defending combatants" amid the war with the US and Israel, Human Rights Watch said. The children may be deployed in roles such as patrols, checkpoints, logistics and intelligence support. Recently, Iran lowered minimum age for war-related support roles to 12.
