Iran's $20,000 drones take on US defences worth $4 million

Iran is deploying waves of $20,000 Shahed-136 drones against US-made air-defences that rely on $4 million Patriot interceptor missiles. While Patriot air-defence missiles have intercepted over 90% of threats, Iran's cheap weapons can deplete resources meant for much more complex threats. Iran's drones have hit US bases, oil infrastructure and buildings.
