Iran's key negotiators escaped Israeli attack after peace talks with US: Report

A Times report said that when Iranian negotiators Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and Abbas Araghchi were returning to Iran from Pakistan after US peace talks, they received intelligence that Israel planned to attack their aircraft. To foil the alleged plot, their plane made an emergency landing in Mashhad. The leaders then reportedly travelled to Tehran by road over next eight hours.
