Iran's new Supreme Leader gets blue tick on X despite sanctions

New Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei got a blue tick on his X account despite sanctions. It comes after the removal of a blue checkmark on Mojtaba's Farsi-language account, after the profile's verified status had been highlighted by the Tech Transparency Project (TTP). Mojtaba is on the US Treasury's OFAC sanctions list.
