Iran's Prez heads to NYC to attend UNGA, says 'will defend rights of my people'

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has left for New York to attend United Nations General Assembly. Before departing, Pezeshkian said the issues Iran would raise at the UN would highlight the “oppressed state” of the Iranian people, "the crimes committed and destruction caused." He added that Iran’s primary objective would be using UNGA to defend the rights of its people.
