Iran's rial fell to a new low as the currency traded at 2 million against US dollar on Monday, according to currency tracker TGJU, Economic Times reported. The currency's value fell 4.5% after US President Donald Trump announced the "most crushing economic operation" against Iran. Trump had said countries providing any lifeline to Iran would face "tremendous economic consequences".
