Iran says Iraqi vessels allowed to pass through Strait of Hormuz

Iran's military command on Saturday said Iraq would be exempt from any restrictions on transit through the Strait of Hormuz. Iran had earlier said that it would "facilitate and expedite" the passage of humanitarian aid through the Strait of Hormuz amid the Middle East war. Iran has also allowed safe passage for Indian ships, calling India a "friend".
