Iran sets conditions for dialogue amid Middle East war

Iran's condition for dialogue amid Middle East war is that US should be the interlocutor, said reports citing Iran's Foreign Ministry. It further added war instigator should initiate talks. "There are initiatives by regional countries to de-escalate tensions...Our response is clear: We're not the party that started this war...all these requests should be referred to Washington," ministry stated.
