Iran threatens to hit desalination facilities in Middle East after Trump's 48-hour ultimatum

Iran threatened to strike US and Israeli infrastructure in the Middle East if its energy facilities are attacked. "If Iran's...energy infrastructure is attacked...all energy, IT, and desalination infrastructure belonging to the US and the regime...will be targeted," an Iranian military official said. The threat came after Trump issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz.
