Iran unveils 'budget of resistance' to tide over US sanctions

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani unveiled the state budget of about $39 billion that he termed as the "budget of resistance" against the sanctions imposed by the US. "This budget announces to the world that despite sanctions we will manage the country," he said. US reimposed sanctions on Iran last year after withdrawing from a nuclear accord with the country.
