Iran war has cost us $45.1 billion: Pentagon tells US Congress

The ongoing war with Iran has cost Trump administration $45.1 billion, the Pentagon informed US Congress. A CNN report said the figure includes $43.6 billion in war-related costs and $1.5 billion for additional fuel. Meanwhile The Washington Post claimed 22 US military personnel died in war, while the Pentagon reported four deaths. US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth denied the claim.
