Iran warns US amid reports of possible ground invasion, says 'We are ready for land war'

Iran has reacted after around 3,500 US Marines were deployed to the Middle East amid reports of a potential ground invasion in Tehran. "Iran is ready for a land war," warned Iran’s ambassador to Russia, Kazem Jalali. "US troops can enter Iran if they want, but once they do, they will suffer a great calamity," he added.
