Iran welcomes US move to lift sanctions but calls it insufficient

Iran has welcomed the US' move to lift some sanctions on its nuclear programme but added that it was insufficient. "Lifting some sanctions in a real and objective manner could be interpreted as the goodwill that Americans talk about," said Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian. A ministry spokesperson said Tehran expects sanctions relief as per the 2015 nuclear deal.
