Iran will play in World Cup, there's no plan B: FIFA President

Amid escalating geopolitical tensions, FIFA President Gianni Infantino said Iran will play in World Cup 2026 co-hosted by US, Canada and Mexico. "There are no plans B, C, or D, it's plan A...We're going to make sure that Iran plays this World Cup in the best conditions," he added. Earlier, FIFA had rejected Iran's request for World Cup venue shift.
