Iranian leader explains why it is carrying out attacks across the Gulf

Late Iran Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's representative, Abdul Majid Hakeem Ilahi, said Tehran is attacking targets across Gulf in self-defence. He claimed Iran had warned neighbouring countries not to let US use their bases against it, adding, "[But] missiles which killed 175 girls came from Bahrain...[so] we've to defend." Iran attacked UAE and other Gulf states since US-Israeli strikes began.
