Iraq passes laws that can legalise marriage of kids aged 9

Iraq's parliament passed three laws, including amendments, that could legalise marriage of children aged nine and above. The amendments give Islamic courts increased authority over family matters, with activists arguing they undermine the 1959 Personal Status Law.
