IRCTC fines caterer ₹1 lakh after fly found in veg biryani

IRCTC has imposed ₹1-lakh fine and a show cause notice for termination of license on a catering firm after a passenger found a fly in veg biryani. The passenger traveling onboard the Rajdhani Express reported the fly and complained about the quality of food served to him, officials said. Staff offered the passenger a replacement, but he refused.
