IRCTC launches new feature to handle failed payments

IRCTC has launched a Resume/Retry Booking feature on its iPAY app to help passengers deal with failed transactions. If money is deducted but the ticket is not booked, users can retry the booking on the same day with the same amount, reducing delays and refund hassles. This will assist passengers to re-book the tickets faster, via IRCTC app.
